The well that doesn’t run dry

“Whatever we’re being called to risk right now in our lives, big or small, the God of life and the author of our salvation is with us. However we’re called to invest our lives rather than save them, we should remind ourselves that we’re not alone, and that the power behind us is greater than the task before us. No matter what uncertainties we face, we can trust that this well of God’s grace and goodness has never — and will never — run dry.”

–excerpt from “In the Eye of the Storm: Swept to the Center by God” by Bishop Gene Robinson, p. 92
